Visit and subscribe to our Status Page. This allows you to have complete visibility into our system for uptime and outages. Systems that we use to power our plugin can experience outages and cause service interruptions. Staying “in the know” allows you to confidently field any concerns that your clients may have about our uptime.

The Changelog is where we post recent updates made to the IDX plugin. This includes new features, bug updates, WordPress version updates, etc.
