Commission & Payments

Every month, Showcase IDX will send via email a report for the monthly direct bill period, including all clients being billed for service at that time and any MLS pass-thru fees due. The email will also have an invoice attached for the amount due. The email will contain a secure link to pay the invoice, via Stripe, at the Reseller’s earliest convenience.

For pricing, please refer to your signed copy of the Reseller Agreement.

5-10 Active Customers ............20% Monthly Commission

11-25 Active Customers ......... 25% Monthly Commission

26-50 Active Customers ..........30% Monthly Commission

51+ Active Customers .............40% Monthly Commission

 

Suppliers Portal

Partners have access to a suppliers portal, hosted by Tipalti, where partners can manage their company information including their preferred payout method. Showcase IDX will issue commission payments via the payment method each partner configures in the portal.

All commissions shall be paid in US dollars. “Net Collected Revenue” means the fees paid to Showcase IDX by Referred End-Users for the Client Software minus credit card chargebacks (and associated fees), credit card processing fees, MLS pass-through fees, and refunds. 

 

Client Pricing

Showcase offers two different plans to choose from: Essentials and Premium. Also, there are two different billing choices for clients: monthly or yearly.  More information regarding the plans can be found on our website Pricing plan page.  When your client is trialing the product, they are trialing the Premium plan. When they are ready to activate their subscription during their trial, they will make their selection at that time.

An important note is that refunds are not typically offered. Even if a yearly option is chosen and the service is cancelled, there would not be a refund. In the event that our service is interrupted for an extended period of time, which is rare, a refund may be requested for the time that IDX was not usable.
