To get into the IDX Control Panel main dashboard, click on an agent’s website from the Websites tab.  

Welcome Screen

Showcase IDX provides a Welcome Screen that walks your client through setting up all their basic IDX account settings. It also helps familiarize them with the location of the different settings. It will keep track of their progress and has access to a video tutorial for each section.

Completing this walk-thru effectively will cover the entire Settings tab.  

It is highly recommended that the agent complete the Welcome Screen. You can decide if you would like to do this for your clients, but we suggest having them do it to familiarize themselves with the platform.
