IDX Control Panel - Messages

Leads may send messages from a website through a contact form, a comment left on a property (Friends & Family section), ask a question about a property or try to schedule a tour. The agent will receive an email notification about the message.  

From the Messages tab, the agent can see a comprehensive view of all messages and the properties the messages were about. It captures the original message, the type (where the message was sent from), and how long ago that lead sent the message. When clicking the arrow to reply to a message, the agent's default mail service on their device will open and they can reply that way.
